1. Acceptance of terms
Access to and use of Chanakya.vip are subject to these Terms and Conditions together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree to the applicable Terms, do not use the site in a manner governed by them or submit an enquiry.
Where an enquiry form requires affirmative acceptance, selecting the Terms & Conditions checkbox and submitting the form records your acceptance for that enquiry. Electronic acceptance does not waive rights that applicable law makes mandatory or non-waivable.
2. Platform status
Chanakya.vip is an independent strategic-publishing, domain-asset and brand-concept platform focused on naming, digital position, frontier technology and long-horizon judgement. It is not represented as a law firm, intellectual-property consultancy, financial adviser, investment fund, securities adviser, trademark-clearance provider, broker acting for every displayed asset, technology operator for every concept shown or operating company behind every conceptual landing page.
3. Informational and conceptual content
Domain landing pages may present potential positioning, possible products and applications, category narratives, design directions, market interpretations, conceptual interfaces and illustrative use cases. These presentations do not promise that the described businesses, products, technologies or services presently exist.
4. Asset interests and transaction benefit
Chanakya.vip or its operator may own, control, represent or hold an economic interest in a displayed domain or digital asset and may benefit from a sale, licence, lease or other transaction. The Disclaimer explains why editorial analysis, scores and concept presentations are not independent valuations or fiduciary recommendations. This does not mean every referenced name is owned, represented, listed or available.
5. Ownership of original materials
Unless otherwise identified, original materials created for Chanakya.vip, including original written content, domain theses, strategic analyses, landing-page copy, documented creative briefs, page designs, specific layout executions, section architecture, visual-direction documents, presentation systems, editorial sequencing, original imagery, illustrations, graphics, visual compositions, reports, code, templates, curated taxonomies, databases where applicable, and the original selection, coordination and arrangement of materials, are owned by or validly licensed to Chanakya.vip and are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual-property laws.
Public visibility does not transfer ownership or grant a commercial licence. Copyright or attribution notices do not expand the scope of rights beyond what applicable law protects.
6. Limits of the ownership claim
Chanakya.vip does not claim exclusive ownership of abstract ideas, facts, industries, scientific principles, public terminology, generic methods, ordinary functional concepts, general styles, moods, genres, standard interface functions, third-party names or marks, or other subject matter that is not legally protectable.
Rights are reserved in documented briefs and in the specific original text, imagery, compositions, layouts, structure, code and presentation through which a creative direction is expressed, subject to applicable law.
7. Reserved rights
No ownership right or licence is transferred merely because material is publicly viewable. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
8. Permitted personal use
You may browse the site and make limited personal, non-commercial reference use of its material, subject to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate lawful fair dealing, fair use, criticism, review, research, quotation or another mandatory legal exception.
9. Prohibited use
Without prior written permission, you must not copy substantial original content, republish complete landing pages, mirror the site, reproduce original images or presentations, commercially adapt distinctive original page compositions, remove copyright or attribution notices, falsely claim authorship, use substantial original Chanakya.vip material to market competing domain assets, or pass copied work off as independently created.
You must not scrape at scale contrary to published crawler rules, bypass technical access controls, interfere with visitor measurement, enquiry handling or security controls, send spam or abusive enquiries, inject malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, probe protected systems without permission or use the site unlawfully.
10. AI, dataset and automated reuse
Automated access is governed by robots.txt, crawler-specific controls, technical access controls, written licences where required and applicable law. These Terms do not claim that contractual wording alone technically prevents all model training or indexing.
Without permission, you must not deliberately collect substantial original site materials for a competing commercial dataset, content-replication service, commercial model-training corpus, automated derivative landing-page generator, resale or republication. Lawful exceptions and uses that cannot legally be restricted remain unaffected.
11. Domain names and third-party marks
Domain ownership does not create trademark rights. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners, references do not imply affiliation, and prospective buyers or users must complete independent legal, trademark and UDRP clearance appropriate to their intended use.
12. Privacy, cookies and technical processing
Use of the site is also subject to the Privacy Policy. Browser storage, visitor-event measurement, human verification, security controls and enquiry-related technical processing operate as described there. Cookie Preferences records choices for optional technologies listed in that control where those technologies are used.
14. Enquiries and submissions
Information submitted through an enquiry must be truthful, lawful and sent by someone authorised to provide it. Do not send confidential or proprietary information unless a separate written confidentiality arrangement has been agreed.
An enquiry creates no obligation to negotiate or respond. Source, verification and technical information may be processed for context, security, abuse prevention and correspondence as described in the Privacy Policy. Abusive, deceptive, fraudulent or automated submissions are prohibited. Chanakya.vip does not claim ownership of a visitor’s business idea merely because it was submitted.
15. Acquisition discussions
Asset availability may change, public content is not a binding offer, and pricing is not fixed unless expressly confirmed. A form may request an indicative offer without publishing or promising a public minimum. No ownership transfer occurs without a completed written agreement or other binding transaction record accepted by the relevant parties.
Payment, escrow, registrar transfer, taxes, warranties, ownership evidence, professional advice, timing and other conditions require separate confirmation for the specific transaction.
16. Marketplaces, escrow, registrars and transaction checks
A transaction may use an agreed independent marketplace, escrow service, payment provider or registrar. Each provider operates under its own terms, fees, eligibility rules, privacy practices, dispute process and technical procedures. A provider reference does not represent that every asset is listed, available, accepted by that provider or affiliated with it.
Identity, organisational authority, source-of-funds, sanctions, anti-money-laundering, tax or other checks may be required by a provider or applicable law. Each party must supply accurate information and satisfy the requirements that apply to it. Unless expressly agreed in writing and legally authorised, Chanakya.vip does not claim to act as an escrow service, payment institution, regulated marketplace or provider of regulated identity, KYC or anti-money-laundering services.
17. External services and links
The site may depend on third-party hosting, security, human verification, communications, geolocation, spreadsheet, registrar and escrow services, and may use optional analytics when disclosed and permitted where required. It may link to external websites. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Chanakya.vip does not control their availability, security, content or decisions.
18. Availability, corrections and changes
Chanakya.vip may update or remove content, correct errors, change routes, revise these Terms or discontinue features. Continued use after an effective revision is subject to the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law. Material factual corrections should not be interpreted as a guarantee that all content is complete or current.
19. Disclaimer incorporated
The Chanakya.vip Disclaimer is incorporated into these Terms. It explains commercial interests and the limits of strategic commentary, conceptual presentations, valuation, technical claims, outcome claims and professional reliance.
20. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chanakya.vip is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, inability to use or reliance on the site, its content or external services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
21. Narrow indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonable losses, claims or costs directly caused by your unlawful misuse of the site, infringement caused by material you submit, malicious interference with its systems or material breach of these Terms. This clause does not apply where the loss was caused by Chanakya.vip or where applicable law does not permit it.
22. Restriction of access
Chanakya.vip may restrict or terminate access that is abusive, malicious, unlawful, compromises security or materially breaches these Terms. Legitimate ordinary browsing and applicable legal rights are not affected.
23. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and the contractual aspects of enquiries are governed by the laws of India. Where applicable law permits a choice between courts that otherwise have jurisdiction, the parties agree that the courts of competent jurisdiction at Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, India will have exclusive jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause creates jurisdiction where it does not otherwise exist, prevents use of a forum that applicable law makes mandatory, or excludes a remedy or statutory right that cannot lawfully be waived.
