Plain-language summary
Chanakya.vip is an independent strategic-publishing, domain-asset and brand-concept platform. It does not provide public customer accounts or local checkout. Website and enquiry systems process technical information needed to deliver, secure and understand the site. Some technologies are optional and are addressed through Cookie Preferences when they are used. Chanakya.vip does not sell personal information through this site.
1. Scope and platform status
This Privacy Policy applies to activity on Chanakya.vip, including strategic and conceptual landing pages, visitor-event measurement and information submitted through the secure enquiry form. A conceptual landing page does not itself establish that Chanakya.vip operates the business, product, technology, research programme or service described on that page.
2. Key privacy terms
For this policy, “personal information” or “personal data” means information that identifies, relates to or can reasonably be associated with a person where applicable law treats it as such. “Processing” includes collection, use, transmission, storage, analysis, disclosure or deletion. Service providers may process information to provide infrastructure, security, communications, analytics, verification or transaction-related functions.
3. Information processed automatically
When a browser requests the site, hosting and security systems may process an IP address, browser and device characteristics, requested URL, query string, referrer, date and time, response status, network information and security or diagnostic records. These data may be used for delivery, access control, security, abuse prevention, diagnostics, reliability and performance.
4. Visitor-event measurement and session analysis
Chanakya.vip records limited visitor-event information to understand how pages are reached and used. Depending on browser support and request context, a visitor event may include the page and page title, full path and query string, referrer and referrer domain, source and UTM parameters, browser, platform, device and screen characteristics, connection information, IP-derived city, region, country and network organisation, coarse geolocation references, session and landing-page identifiers, repeat-visit counters, time to first interaction, time on page, scroll depth, idle or hidden-tab time, and whether a designated call-to-action was used.
Session storage and local storage may be used for session continuity, landing-page context and repeat-visit measurement. Visitor-event records are sent to a Google Sheets-based logging destination used by Chanakya.vip; a separate visitor-log table or visitor archive is not intentionally created in the local WordPress database. IP or geolocation services used to enrich a visitor event may receive the technical request information needed to return that result.
5. No public customer account or local checkout
Chanakya.vip does not provide public customer registration, customer profiles, subscriptions, a customer dashboard, public comments or local payment-card checkout. A domain or digital-asset transaction, if agreed, may use separately agreed marketplace, escrow, registrar or payment infrastructure under that provider’s own terms and privacy practices.
6. Enquiries and information you choose to provide
The secure enquiry form asks for an enquiry purpose, name, email address, message and a Domain / Digital Asset of Interest where relevant. General, editorial, privacy/legal and other enquiries do not require acquisition-only commercial details.
An acquisition enquiry may additionally ask for the exact asset, organisation or website, role and authority, preferred transaction route, phone number where provided, and an indicative offer where relevant. Technical integrity controls may bind asset-specific enquiry details and help prevent unauthorised changes to asset or transaction parameters.
Control of the submitted email address is verified by a short-lived one-time code. For acquisition enquiries, a qualifying organisation-domain email is required after mailbox verification. Mailbox verification confirms control of the address only; it does not prove legal authority, funding, trademark rights, identity, ownership or transactional good faith.
7. Technical context attached to enquiries
For security, abuse prevention, attribution and correspondence, the enquiry workflow may process bounded technical context such as page URL, referrer, source or campaign parameters, browser and device characteristics, IP address and user agent. Human-verification and anti-abuse services may process the technical information needed to perform those functions.
Do not submit passwords, authentication secrets, government identifiers, payment-card details, private medical information or other highly sensitive information through a general enquiry unless a separate secure process expressly requires it.
8. How enquiries are delivered and stored
Accepted enquiries are delivered by email to authorised Chanakya.vip recipients. They are not intentionally stored as enquiry records in the WordPress database and are not written to the visitor-event Google Sheet. One-time-code messages are sent to the submitted email address. Email, mailbox and delivery providers may process message, addressing, delivery and security information for those purposes.
Short-lived verification, integrity and rate-limit records support the secure workflow. Their presence does not create a customer account or a permanent local enquiry archive.
9. Purposes of processing
Information may be processed to deliver and secure the site; maintain access controls; detect bots, fraud or abuse; understand navigation and engagement; preserve source and campaign context; respond to enquiries; verify mailbox control; apply acquisition-enquiry qualification requirements; take requested steps toward a possible transaction; maintain reliable operations; and meet applicable legal obligations.
10. Legal grounds
The legal ground depends on the processing activity, the visitor’s location and applicable law. It may include legitimate interests in site security and reliable operation, steps requested before a possible agreement, consent where consent is legally required, and compliance with legal obligations. No legal ground is asserted more broadly than the processing actually carried out.
12. Optional analytics, session replay, marketing and advertising
Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, marketing technologies and advertising technologies are treated as optional technologies when used by Chanakya.vip. Cookie Preferences is intended to record the visitor’s choices for those categories. Enabling an optional technology does not remove the need to describe its actual processing in this policy or to honour withdrawal, denial or other legally required controls.
13. Browser controls and privacy signals
You can clear or restrict cookies and browser storage through your browser, although doing so can cause preference notices to reappear or can reduce session continuity. Browser privacy signals and statutory opt-out mechanisms may have legal effect in some jurisdictions; support for a particular signal depends on the technology and legal requirements that apply.
14. Service providers and data disclosure
Information may be processed by hosting, security, human-verification, IP/geolocation, communications, spreadsheet, registrar, marketplace, escrow or other service providers where relevant to deliver, protect, analyse or complete the requested function. Those providers operate under their own terms, locations and privacy practices.
Chanakya.vip does not sell personal information through this site and does not disclose enquiry or visitor information to third parties for their unrelated marketing merely because a person visits or submits an enquiry. Information may nevertheless be disclosed where reasonably necessary to use a selected service provider, complete a requested transaction, protect rights or security, investigate abuse, or comply with applicable law.
15. External links, embeds and media
Editorial fonts and visual assets may be served locally. External links, marketplaces, registrars, maps, social platforms or other third-party destinations have their own privacy practices once you navigate to them. Chanakya.vip does not control information you choose to submit on another website.
16. International processing
Infrastructure and service providers may process information in more than one country. Applicable safeguards, transfer rules and individual rights depend on the provider, processing context, locations and governing law. Chanakya.vip does not claim a specific international-transfer mechanism unless it applies to the relevant processing.
17. Retention
Information is kept only as long as reasonably required for the relevant delivery, verification, security, analytics, communications, transaction, legal or diagnostic purpose. One-time-code and rate-limit records are short-lived. Browser-stored preference or visitor-analysis state remains until expiry, replacement or deletion in the browser. Hosting, security, email and spreadsheet retention may depend on the service and account settings in use, so this policy does not state an exact period where one has not been established.
18. Children
Chanakya.vip is not directed to children and does not knowingly solicit personal information from children through its strategic or acquisition enquiry routes. If information is identified as having been submitted by a child contrary to applicable requirements, an appropriate deletion or restriction request can be made through the privacy contact route.
19. Sensitive and financial information
The site is not designed to collect protected health information, account passwords, government identifiers or payment-card credentials through its ordinary enquiry form. An indicative acquisition offer is commercial context, not payment-card or bank-account data. Payment, escrow, source-of-funds, identity or other transaction checks, if required, should occur through the agreed provider or another appropriate process.
20. Automated rules and decision-making
Security and workflow rules may automatically validate form integrity, rate limits, one-time codes, human-verification results, email-provider categories or obvious bot indicators. These rules help protect the site and determine whether a particular workflow may continue; they are not represented as credit scoring, employment screening, insurance underwriting or another automated decision that independently determines a person’s legal rights.
21. Security
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect the site and relevant information, including transport encryption, access controls, human verification, mailbox-control checks, form-integrity controls, rate limits, input validation, recipient restrictions and security tooling. No internet transmission, provider, access-control layer or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
22. Your choices and possible privacy rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal data associated with your visit or enquiry, including possible rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or consent withdrawal. The availability and scope of a right depend on the governing law and processing context, and a request may require proportionate identity verification.
23. Security incidents and legally required notification
If a security incident involving personal information creates a notification obligation under applicable law, Chanakya.vip will take reasonable steps to investigate, contain and provide notices required for the circumstances. Notification duties and timing depend on the law that applies.
24. Changes to this policy
Material changes will be reflected on this page through its visible last-updated date. This policy may be updated when enquiries, visitor-event measurement, analytics, browser storage, embeds, hosting, security, transaction providers or other service-provider processing materially changes.
25. Contact and privacy requests
Submit a privacy or data-handling enquiry through the Chanakya.vip contact form. Do not send identity documents unless they are specifically requested through an appropriate process.
